This was just a delightful story. Delightful.The narration was delightful-I don’t know if I’d have like the story as much without the accents and inflections. If the Content considerations don’t offend, I highly recommend it.
Content considerations “Oh, God,” “oh my God,” “Christ,” and “Jesus” as exclamations. A nurse asks if the sisters are married (she doesn’t know they’re sisters). Positive view of casual sex. No descriptions of or on-screen sex. Also negative comments regarding people who actually believe the Christmas story

This was a cozy Christmas read. Very Hallmarky. The characters aren't as charming as I'd like, though. I didn't fall in love with them like I hoped. Love the concept with a bookstore, but the characters just fell a bit flat for me. Maybe in latter books there is more character development. I haven't decided if I want to read the rest of the series.
