While this was a beautiful book with a heartwarming story, it was also incredibly intense and very different from what it appears if you read the description. Major trigger warning for suicide attempt, suicidal ideation, self-harm, sexual assault, and child abuse.

This book was beautiful and the good people in Meredith’s life all felt like warm hugs 🥰 a lot of triggers surrounding mental health and abuse in this one, but also sooo many moments of hope.
