This book is made up of multiple short stories. Some I liked better than others.
I liked the length of the individual stories and the diversity of the characters. The narrative was sadly very heteronormative and sometimes a bit stereotypical (not unlike the first installment of the series).

A delightful book. I loved the way the stories were all interconnected; it's a simple book but one that will stay with us, in the best possible way. Whimsical.

I‘m a little disappointed :(.
I read “What you are looking for is in the library” by Michiko Aoyama and absolutely LOVED it (5⭐️) so I had quite some expectations for this book. However, this book is around 100 pages shorter AND features 12 instead of 5 stories which led to rather superficial stories compared to WYALFIITL.
Also, I imagined it to be about the café below the cherry trees (rough translation of German title) however, most of the stories are set in Sydney :/.
I still liked the fact that the stories are interconnected. I simply expected something different.
