This book is angsty. I have a few friends who live in Texas and the south so the worry over the weather though out the book felt authentic to me.
The transition from single individuals to a poly group was a little fast but they all used good communication throughout the process, which was refreshing. Each of them brought their own baggage to the relationship which they hashed out together or on their own when needed. I absolutely adored all the supportive side characters.
The three main characters were individuals but worked well as a group. I wished we had gotten to know the boys a bit better. There were a couple of leading things that didn’t get explored much.
The spice was good. Not lacking but not overly abundant. There were a couple of things that left me questioning but they didn’t take away from the scene.

Ich habe dieses Buch geliebt! Gehört definitiv zu meinen liebsten. Ist das erste Buch, was ich über polyamore Beziehungen gelesen habe - und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!
Generell das Setting, die Charaktergestaltung und die Erzählweise haben mich abgeholt. Wer mal etwas neues probieren will, sollte diesem Buch mal eine Chance geben.

Wenige meiner Lieblingsmomente waren, als das Gespräch stattfand, als sie darüber entschieden, wie das zwischen ihnen nun ablaufen wird (S.158f). Ich fand es super, wie sie einfach frei nach Schnauze über das gesprochen haben, was sie erwarten. Liebe Sammy’s Wesen.

The smutt was fun and hot and the characters were funny enough but the plot honestly ruined it a bit I felt that the author switched moods really fast and some dialogues where you expected to be more sad due to everything happening to the main characters suddenly was being made sexual or the mood was being treated to lightly. I still enjoyed reading it just was the best ever
