This volume goes a lot deeper into the backstory and introduces some new characters, including one who I think will play a major role later. Volume 2 seemed to be more about the history of the characters instead of introducing the post-apocalyptic world like volume 1. Still a fun ride and I'm kinda sad my library only has one more book in the series.

I have so many questions.
1. How do dolls age?
2. Why is there an 8 year old doll in the military?
3. Is sushi worth dying for? I mean, yeah I can say the answer is test to that one.

More fantastic locations and fantastical fauna, more delicous meals, more kinetic action. The second volume of Crazy Food Truck is just as fun as the first. The cast expands, mysteries begin to be unraveled. The artwork is fantastic, the story strange and compelling, the characters fun and interesting. Good stuff.

The second volume of Crazy Food Truck has all the elements that made the first so fun, and continues to expand the cast of characters while unravelling the central mystery. The chemistry between Gordon and Arisa really shines here, and I continue to love the unique creatures of this world.
