I love reading stories of women deep in their thirties forging their paths despite how “untraditional” it appears to be to others!
One gripe about the audiobook production (I hate to do it, but I think it’s necessary for future listeners): I could have done without the voice actor’s noticeable pauses and odd mouth noises (throat clearings, lip smackings, and subtle deep breaths). It took me longer to listen because it became a bit unbearable and I needed breaks. Had the story not been as interesting as it was, I would have DNF’d it.

I was not ready for how much I would love this book. I was sucked in right from the beginning. It was amazing to be on this whole journey along side the MC as she rediscovered her own strength and ability to love her self while growing a human being. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for something sweet and wholesome.

A light read.
I enjoyed this light/heavy romp about a woman going through pregnancy/childbirth as a single mother, and how she finds people to lean on. And romance :)
