"Puedo escribir los versos más tristes esta noche" is by far the most beautiful of the poems. I like Neruda's style, but for me the poems seemed so much alike.

Ya me lo había leído en el 2011 para una clase. Jamás le había prestado demasiado atención.

Después en el 2015 leí el poema 20 y se me quedó como favorito desde entonces. Hoy que lo he releído me ha gustado más y he comprendido más. Definitivamente prefiero la poesía en español que inglés.

I translated these poems as a project for a class once, but it was nothing compared to the subtlety and nuance that this translator brings to Neruda's work. So sensual and evocative.
