While The Push doesn’t necessarily bring anything new to the genre (and its ending will leave you a bit dissatisfied) it’s certainly fast-paced and tense enough to keep you locked in. A tight, quick read that explores the choice of motherhood (and how often women feel as though it is not a choice) and the crushing responsibility of it. An excellent pick for your year-end list.

This books is well written and was a fast read. There were parts about the realities of motherhood that were so accurate I chuckled. However, I can recommend this if you aren’t a mother (I don’t know how interesting it would be) or if you are a mother (because it’s so dark.

I think this book would be an easy 5 stars if it wasn't for the way the book was written!

It just took me a while to get into it. But the story and development was incredible. After a certain point I just could not put this down.

I will definitely read more of Audrains books!!

Struggling with how to rate this. It’s SO good but it’s also so complex and deep that it almost feels wrong to rate it so highly. One of the best books I’ve read at conveying complex feelings. I couldn’t help but take on the hurt of the main character.

A very interesting storyline. At the beginning I personally had to get into the you perspective, because I‘m not used to it. The ending was a bit sudden… and I‘m still asking myself a lot of questions
