This was super cute. Talk about taking a leap of faith. I loved how she made mistakes but in the end made the right choices too. It also made me want to pick up as move to Scotland.

I ran right out and bought this book after I finished the audio. I sat in the car longer most nights so I could listen to just a little bit more. I loved so much about it! The setting is incredibly beautiful, the characters rich and charming, the themes so relevant to my life right now. Nina has to start her life over when the library she is working for changes directions and she loses her job. All she knows is that she loves books. There are mysterious meetings with trains in the middle of the night, an adorable dog named Parsley, and great Scottish accents (if you are listening to the audiobook). This was one of those books that I picked up just at the right time in my life. I highly recommend it! (I do like the original title a lot better though...this has nothing to do with a Bookshop on any corner.)

Weird love triangle. Relationship between FMC and MMC escalated in intensity quickly. Feel like the weird love triangle distracted from the development of their relationship.

Las þessa því þetta er einn vinsælasti höfundur á safninu. Mjög fallegar kápur. Vissi eiginlega alveg hvernig þessi bók færi, þetta er svona hallmark movie bók, gilmore girls stemmari. En stundum er það bara einmitt það sem þarf, enda er vinsælt að taka svona bók og krimma á sama tíma :) les örugglega fleiri eftir hana þegar mig vantar svona feel good sveitarómans!
