Not your typical finance book. Geared specifically towards young people, Suze is realistic in her tips and expectations.
This is not an especially well written book, and at least a few things are outdated. However it does provide easy to skim, plain language advice for those just starting out. Not every piece of advice fits with my life/situation, but it can help you begin asking the right questions from more technical sources/resources
Covers all those things you didn't learn in school.
It seems meant for young people, but anyone wanting to seriously get a handle on their money can pick this up and apply what is in it. Great Gift for those graduating High School, the concepts in the book aren’t taught in school. Give the young adult a fighting chance!
