I read this because I wanted to know how mad I needed to be to the upcoming adaptation and the answer is A LOT. People who reduce this book just to the romance aspect ruin the book, there’s so much more to it and it is the catalyst to disaster and tragedy. I absolutely love it don’t get me wrong but there’s so much more to that in the book.

y'all I tried. I started physically, then switched to the audio, and I still did not care. My final straw was when 2 hours (1 hour 2x speed) of the audiobook played while I was working and I forgot to actually listen to it...
