I liked this book. This one started slow for me as most of the first half of the book is just character introductions that don’t start to weave together for a while, and Hercule Poirot shows up much too late for my taste. But it was fun to have the Watson role here filled by a woman who was mostly taken seriously!

Much like my experience trying to binge watch the entire series of Cheers, I think Agatha Christie books are very enjoyable individually, but not meant to be consumed in such quick succession. I may take a break from these for a little bit, but I will definitely be returning!
