It was just okay. The ending felt really rushed and I wish there was more of an explanation for things that happened with the friendship fallout, what happened between the last chapter and the epilogue, etc.

This book follows a solo mum who runs into the best man from her wedding with her ex. She senses a bit of chemistry, he then pursues her. We find out later in the book that there is more to the attraction and some information about the past comes up. I really liked Reed he was a great love interest and it was cool how hes a lawyer that helps women who have screwed over by their husbands.

I think I would have liked it more if I read some of the other books by this author because it seems like there's a bit of cross over with characters in other books. I definitely didn't not enjoy it by any means, in fact I will for sure pick up more books by this author as I really liked her writing style.

It was a cute book nothing spectacular. It would be make a cute rom com movie.
