Genuinely hilarious. Enjoyed it so much I bought the sequel and went to an in person reading. I've been a massive Garth Marenghi (Matthew Holness) fan for ages and was thrilled to get my hands on one of his books.

The first story in particular made me laugh a lot, and he did a good job of capturing a lot of what made the show so good. This kind of ridiculous, intentionally bad writing is best consumed in doses rather than binged though, which I'll take in mind when I listen to the sequel because after I while I started to feel like I was going insane.
Good stuff. Love this guy.

All misogyny in this book is 1000% intentional and meant to make the Garth Marenghi persona look like an ass, which it does wonderfully.cloroxcrew's review
