4.03 AVERAGE

The first Rizzoli and Isles book I've read and I'm very impressed! I've been meaning to start reading them for ages and finally found this in my local library. Incredibly gripping and full of proper violence; just the way I like my crime thrillers!

Enjoyed this - very quick to read.
Humerous in spots.
Mystery who-dunit scenario well done.

The exotic animals in the story were interesting to read about also.

A group of people travel to Botswana for a safari, one by one they are bumbed off, then only the killer and one person left. Seven or so years later a series of murders take place (some of the murders pre-date the murder they are investigating to begin with. How do these tie in with what happened in Botswana, if in fact they do.

I don't read that many of these types of books, but I did enjoy this one. I was a little worried that the descriptions of the murders may be really gorey and gruesome, but they were not. No nightmares took over my dreams. Would recommend.

another good book from the Rizzoli & Isles series.
some twist and turns in this book. I'm glad I picked the series back up. Can't wait to read the next one.

This one was so refreshing after the last few duds. The zoology connection and the red herrings really spiced up an otherwise grim situation. This book features dual timelines that intertwine to form the pattern of a killer.

Jane and Maura have their friendship tested when they disagree strongly about the connections or lack thereof in several cases. These cases will take Jane to South Africa on the hunt for something far more dangerous than a leopard. She hunts a human. Serial killer. Chameleon.

I didn't find this to be quite so exciting or page turning as some of the other Isles and Rizzoli stories. Still a good read tho

For some reason I had a hard time getting into this book at first. I think I was thrown by the two separate stories. Once I was able to get into it, I enjoyed it, and had most of the "whodoneit" figured out about halfway through. It was still interesting and I enjoyed how the stories melded together in the end. Tess Gerritsen is one of my favorite authors, mostly due to her medical experience and descriptions in her books.

Die Again is told with two stories, one in Botswana involving a group of tourists on a guided safari and the other in Boston six years later when a body is found hanging upside down in a garage. Slowly it becomes apparent that the two stories are related and more bodies start to pile up. Die Again is a good book that kept me entertained with surprising plot developments and a suspenseful story line that was well paced.

Another brilliant and spine tingling story by Tess Gerritsen!

This was fantastic! An amazing thriller!!! I thought I had figured it out, but I'm so happy I was wrong! Whew, what a ride.
