I was so happy to be back in Outlander's world, then bam! It was over. Come on Diana, we are dying to read book 9!! Great quick read and interesting back story.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wanted it to be longer. (I know, I know, it's a Diana Gabaldon book. They're all longer.)

Adored this book! Loved getting back into Roger’s history. Also brought much clearer facts to big books

A great Novell of the Otlander series about Rodgers parents! Really nice to get to know what happened.

It’s great when you get a little glimpse into what happened to a character who didn’t really get much page space!

Well this made me a little sad. Can't wait to read Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone in January.

It's been over 20 years since I first read Outlander (for the first of many times) and I love that the author is still finding ways to bring fresh insight into the series with these enjoyable little backstories.
