I was so nearly about to give this book 5 stars but unfortunately the epilogue kind of spoiled it for me… if you haven’t read this before just let it end where it’s supposed to end!
Overall I loved the representation of Down’s syndrome, a subject very close to my heart, and think the author did a great job with this. I loved how this was quite important to the story but also obviously not the whole point, and I liked how important the guys opinions of Michael were to Liv, that was really sweet.
Loved all the characters, I loved Liv, her friends. I liked both Fin and Tom. Ultimately I was happy Liv made the right choice. The character development was really good.
Ahhh just such a good book tbh . 4.75 stars

OH MY GOOOOOOD i just loved this book so much please the tension was unbearable and oh my god the ANGST was everything and more than i could imagine. finn was incredible i’m weak for a man with dimples… and it’s not that i didn’t like tom but he was just so boring and when liv choose him over finn i was HEARTBROKEN but then he died and thank god for that! (im the worst) but i was so scared really i thought liv would choose tom and move on from finn and leave him heartbroken (like me) but when tom died i just knew finn and liv would live happily ever after
this book was just so good and sad and heartbreaking and the love was so overwhelming i just couldn’t not root for them (liv & finn). and just the scene when liv asked finn if she loved that singer and he just SLIGHTLY NODDED i could FEEL liv’s pain and the next summer when finn asked liv if she loved tom and she said yes and he BEGGED her to take him back i just wanted to screammmmm no this book just was incredible !!!
4,5 stars just because she chose tom over finn and if tom hadn’t died she probably never would’ve gotten back with finn and that would’ve been the WORST ending ever because you can’t pin for someone for YEARS while only seeing then 2 weeks a year and not spend the rest of your life with them (imo)
