1.5★ I finished it purely out of spite and hated every single word.

This book is essentially a collection of journal entries of a seven-year situationship, where both main characters are so self-absorbed, whiny, and emotionally immature that it was impossible to root for them. There was no connection or chemistry to justify their story. Moreover, the traumatic experiences felt repetitive and weren't explored or resolved meaningfully.
I almost DNFed it several times, only pushing through because I thought it would eventually get better (I mean, it's SO well-rated), but... it really didn't.
And Tom? Seriously? What was the point?

Okay so this was super addicting!!!!! I was hooked for the first 70% but didn’t love the last 30%. Definitely read if you’re a fan of 28 Summers or Every Summer After!
