I love it as much as "Cinder" and "Fairest"! If you haven't read this series yet, I suggest getting your hands on "Stars Above" before starting this one so you can read "The Queen's Army" and "Carswal's Guide to Being Lucky" for some background information on some of the characters 😊 I decided to read them in chronological order, so I had the advantage 😅 My rating for romance is 💖💖

this was soooo much fun. a great continuation from the first book that raised the stakes and got me even more invested. the separate plotlines melded together so well and i’m so excited to see all of the characters together like ugh that’s family.
scarlet wolf and thorne were perfect additions i love all of them so much. scarlet and wolf’s romance was one of the best fastburns ive ever read they just balance each other out so well and have great chemistry. thorne is hilarious and his banter with cinder was one of my favorite parts of this book.
overall very much enjoyed this maybe even more than the first one GASP WHO SAID THAT…?

I enjoyed this one a little more than the original Cinder! The introduction of new characters and story elements drew me in more. Interested to see how the situations with Luna and between various characters are resolved! Definitely an adventurous read
