Colet Abedi is a new author to me, and all I can say is WOW! I know a book is good when I start reading more slowly because I don’t want it to end, and that’s exactly what happened when I read the fourth book in #TheSinclairBrothers series #Conquer which focuses on middle brother William.
William’s family believes he died 11 years ago in a car accident. As he is on a flight home to London to let them know that he is, in fact, alive, he meets author Vivianne Monroe, and their electric chemistry is instantaneous. Vivianne is stunned but intrigued when William tells her they will see each other again.
Though his attraction to Vivian’s is undeniable, William tries to stay away because certain forces from his past could endanger her. He can’t help himself, though, and he whisks Vivianne off on a magical, romantic trip to Marrakesh, a trip that is interrupted when danger suddenly strikes.
I generally don’t like a cliffhanger, but I’ll make an exception for this book. Abedi has created strong, well-developed characters, interesting supporting characters (including the other Sinclair brothers Clayton and Michael from the earlier books in the series). Romance, passion, danger, and intrigue abound in this fascinating world, and I am here for it.
Conquer does end on a cliffhanger, but part two, Conquered, comes out very soon. Trust me, these books will conquer you - dive in and let me know what you think! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Conquered, book 5 in the Sinclair Brothers series, picks up right where Conquer left off, and the action is thrilling from the start!
William Sinclair’s uncle has kidnapped Vivianne Monroe and taken her to the colosseum where she will be awarded to the winner of a fight. Williams believes he is responsible for Vivianne’s predicament and vows to leave here if and when he rescues her.
The aspect of this book that won me over is the intense angst going on between William and Vivianne. Will he be strong enough to leave her for her own good? Will Vivianne be strong enough to let him go, or can she convince him that they are perfect for one another? Before we make it to the finish, we are treated to travels on a luxury ship, adventures in the Greek isles, a marriage which may or may not be real, and plenty of heat!!!
Strong characters inhabit this book. I especially love William, his two brothers, Clayton and Michael, and William’s best friend Max. These guys are crazy and funny and deeply loyal to one another. I also loved getting to better know Vivianne and her sister Delilah who seems to be in an entanglement of her own!
Conquered is part two of a duet. You must read the first book Conquer in order to get the full story. Trust me - you’ll love these books. They have an almost exotic appeal that makes the reading experience an interesting one. Ah, to live life under the thumb of a Sinclair brother.

This book was so freaking good and had me crying the last 10%. I want a boyfriend like William Sinclair and I want Him now, thank you very much. Everyone please go read this one asap
Holy shit. I read the blurb of book 2 before I read this one so I new it would be dramatic, but I did not see that ending come. Conquer was my first book by the author and I really enjoyed it. William was a good alphahole and was so possessive. I can’t wait for book 2
This is the first book I've read by the author and I enjoyed this dark and angsty story. I think it was intriguing and William and Vivienne kept my attention throughout their story. I loved that their characters are different, they're polar opposites though they have such intense attraction and chemistry. But they have secrets and pasts that could ruin everything. I was not ready for that cliffhanger though. I can't wait for the next book.
