I wish this had been just 50 pages longer for more resolution at the end.

**3 stars for plot/characters + 1 star for major ace rep**

I would not consider this book a romantic comedy — way too many heavy topics and not enough romance — but I really appreciated the thorough representation of asexuality.

CW: acephobia, disordered eating, bullying, emotionally abusive ex, stalking, parental pressure

3.5 stars rounded up. I have a hard time with lots of typos & errors in the writing. The story also fell a bit flat with the “pranks”. I really appreciated learning more about the ace umbrella.

I wanted to like this more than I did. It's my first Ace book and it sounded perfect for me. But there were a few things in the prank war that could have been more fun. Still a fun read.
