I'm such a sucker for a beautiful ending and that's exactly what E.L. Todd delivered. I might have even cried a little bit. This series was full of struggle and drama and I fell for the MC's like I always do with this author. Loved this ending! ARC provided by author.

I told you so the fourth was big drama queen size bed haha seriously I wanted to fight several time i was so pissed i did not imagine that she a psycho omg I thought Taylor will slap her face a million time where the catty in you babe Let me tell you I was mad at her pffff
Even when you know or guess some part of the book in the first book you already know what will happen but I did not see the ex be so heartless seriously I wanted to see some fight come on I was so mad, when character keep pressuring people who should be their bestfriend my blood boil.
Clay omg I was so happy when I read how he succeed but when he and Volt got in a fight my heart broke, it hurt I was scared for him at this orphanage my heart was beating so Fast.
Sean and Scarlet Preston hello can you feel me haha

Taylor sucks. I wanted her to be the one who was ‘chasing’ for once especially since she was in the wrong. Your best friend telling you to break up with the guy you’re in love with because it makes her uncomfortable-hello, get over it. Then trusting your best friend blindly like that-about cheating. Are you kidding me? I too would be out of there. I don’t feel like she ever really was the one who was apologising, this time Volt deserved to be apologised too. But I loved his storyline with Clay and their relationship. I thought it was so cute.
Overall, disappointing end to the series. I don’t mind the will-they-won’t-they thing, didn’t love the fights every second chapter but thought it was good. Then after everything with Sara and Taylor’s way of handling it. I thought her character went to a 0 for me. And I ended up skimming the last 15 pages because I wasn’t that interested in Volt apologising for being upset that she didn’t trust him, was breaking up with him for her friend and then didn’t believe him about what had happened. It made the story seem not worth it.

So much unnecessary and annoying drama, but I still really enjoyed most of it, and I loved the main characters.
decent read.
I enjoyed it overall, but I think it didn’t need that many books. One maybe two would have sufficed. There was a lot of angst and back forth with the Will they won’t they. Not my cup of tea.Which is why I gave it four stars and not lower. It’s not about whether it’s my cup of tea or not. It had characters you could invest in which is why I stuck it out til the last book.

I can’t believe it took 4 books to reveal the Sara and Volt twist, which was made pretty obvious from early on? Very slow, and Volt was so toxic it really bothered me that Taylor kept going back to him? He’s abusive as hell and that’s not something to romanticise
