Strong start & I learned a lot, but very repetitive
It was definitely useful, but it was quite repetitive for the last 5 chapters. Once you read the first few chapters, you get the idea.

Book is good for learning the basics of financial literacy and discussing the importance of how your mentality can really help shape your view of money. However not everybody is wired to be an entrepreneur. I wish he explored more avenues about financial freedom via other means besides entrepreneurship

A book with a potential that promises at the beginning, but that never reaches it, full of cliché and motivational phrases similar to a self-help book.
The author constantly repeats that the most important thing in life is money, thinking of ways to get more money and be smarter in order to pay the least amount of taxes. He completely rejects the idea that a person can work and live for anything other than money. He gives very few examples and doesn't really explain how he applied his teachings, leaving the reader without knowing how to act in order to apply those same teachings. All of this with disdain for those who continue their studies, reaching higher education and wishing to have a decent remuneration, which compensates their study, their work and, above all, their contribution to society. It even goes ao far as to extol those who exploit people for their own benefit, leaving them with the bare minimum and reaping the rewards without sharing them.
Ideologies aside, the view of someone coming from the largest capitalist country in the world, the USA, is understandable. I doubt that this vision and this way of acting is really functional at the level that he defends it to be if it is applied in Europe.
Despite this, the book does not have only negative points. It explains ideas and concepts in a simple way and identifies common financial mistakes that people make. It gives importance to financial literacy, which is sorely lacking. The language is simple and effective, hence it is a widely read book. However, it could be 2/3 of the pages long, as it has study subchapters where it repeats exactly the same ideas using the same words.
PS: Looking at the reviews, there is the idea that the assigned score is overrated.

Doesn't go into great detail beyond the basics and might be trivial for someone knowledgeable about finance and investing. But, it's a great introductory book that'll leave you feeling inspired to learn and seek more information.
One of the best books I've read on financial literacy. What's good about it is the fact that it's about mindset-shifts, rather than methods or techniques. What brought it down to 4 stars though, is the constant posturing. Like many self-help books, it could have done with 50% fewer pages.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It had some great advice and Robert is a great mentor you can reach out to for investing. His books about financing are really great and I learned a lot from his first book itself and I’m sure the other books in this series will be really good as well.
I listened to the audiobook which was narrated by Robert himself and I’m really happy about his writing. He has given a lot of options and also opens the minds of listeners and readers about the possibilities in the financing world. I am not a financing enthusiast but there were some good deals that I learned. It was so different from other self-help books and it actually made my reading experience a lot better.
It was one of the best books that I read previous month. There are 1 or 2 things that I didn’t like or made no sense to me but I will ignore them because the rest of the book was really a thumbs up. I really will recommend this to all of you to read as it is something you do not wanna miss.

There are truly better financial literacy books out there. Something about how this book was written makes me think of a pyramid scheme. I have to attribute that to possibly my previous financial knowledge from other books.
Two stars for actually encouraging me to look up the tax codes in the US and also what starting a corporation entails. That's it. Two stars for that.
