A bit repetitive, but the core principles have changed how I look at building wealth.

Can't believe this book is more than 20 years old and still so relevant
informative slow-paced

Very repetitive. Some of the concepts were good but some were unrealistic.

Feels like i have a new dad while read that.

Read this one 2x . . . It's one of those life-stage books. Read it 1x for foundation and then life happens and read it again. It's a must-keep reference book on my bookshelf.

Not what I usually read but very simple book to read and to understand for someone who wants to learn about finances

The rich don't work for money, they use their money to work for them by building up their assets. This book is about how we can develop our financial iq, and start to think like rich people do. The two dads in the title are his own educated but poor dad and his friend's rich dad and their different strategies to get ahead in life. The author enjoys the investment game, he likes making real estate deals. Sometimes he wins and sometimes he loses, he figures if you want to be rich you need to be willing to take risks and not just play it safe. He has some controversial heroes like Donald Trump and George Soros.
