Ugh.
I almost abandoned this halfway - didn’t love the tone, nor any of the characters - but I persevered out of curiosity.
Kinda wish I hadn’t. Yes, the mystery of ‘whodunnit’ was answered. But nothing else was resolved. Not any character relationships, conflicts, even the “red herrings” weren’t so much as addressed.
Adequate suspense towards the end, and fun both to play with maths and the Aussie setting, but that’s really all I could say of it.
