Fascinating, well researched, and well written, but repetitive. I enjoyed the book generally, but it could have been a good quarter shorter.

I love all of the concepts but I found myself wanting more accessible language. It reads easily enough if you're already embedded in social justice and more specifically disability justice spaces, but if these concepts are new to the reader, the wisdom and the nourishment is just left on the page, unsavored.

"sustainability reminds us that it is necessary to slow down, look inward, and honestly assess what our bodyminds can and cannot do. there is no judgement here. power exists in both doing and in not doing, in saying, no, not today."
