Ah this is the story for Pete. I was rooting for him to get out of jail in the last book. This book takes place 2 years later. Which is good and bad.
I think if Reagan hadnât been so skittish it would have worked better for me. I mean this horribly tragic thing happens to her. But she gets therapy and itâs been 2 years but the author I think forgot that part of the story because it felt like it just happened.
Pete is perfect for Reagan and vice versa. I really like that Emily and now Reagan end up with this connection with Matt. It just seems to add something extra to the books. Or at least it does for me.
Ahh the narration again not a fan, she sounds sooooo young and kind of excitable. With this book being more Peteâs pov I wished it had been a male narrator.

REALLY abrupt ending, but alright otherwise. 2.5 stars.
