Very interesting to read perspectives of women throughout the world.

This book actually came out 4 or 5 years ago, but I only bought it this year.  It is a collection of women’s memoirs and autobiographies—I can tell I am becoming more informed in that subgenre because I had read, either in whole or in part, many of the works excerpted, and I own and have read one of the three source books Prof. Rose (a Wes prof) cites as particularly helpful to her.
