It feels wrong to give this a 4.5⭐️ but it’s what’s in my heart🫣😭 Anne Shirley Blythe is one of my all time favorite book characters ever & I love hanging out in her world in all her books but this one isn’t a 5 star simply because she wasn’t in the book that much😅 this one very much so focused on her children and they each got their own little story line throughout the book of the funny adventure/situation they got themselves into. It was very entertaining but we only got the book in Anne’s pov for a few chapters. I missed her and I think that’s why it took me so long to start and finish this audiobook. ALL THAT TO SAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND THE SERIES!!! This series & world & characters are everything to me this is just my least favorite so far!

Book 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12 of 2023 Anne of Green Gables series by Lucy Maud Montgomery

When my daughter Shayla was cast to play Anne Shirley in Acting Collective upcoming play, I knew I needed to revisit these classic novels. They truly are timeless with characters who live and breathe off the page and into our hearts.
