This volume will finish Jarael's storyline that was left unfinished after Zayne's main storyline in volumes 1 and 2. It is certainly worth reading but it is shorter. The end of the volume is occupied by a separate Zayne Carrick adventure, "The War", which felt quite unrelated ans unnecessary.

The KotOR comics have been some truly amazing stuff. While not as perfect, for me, as vol 2 Epic Collection with the Vindication arc, this one is still quite fantastic. The ending of the comic was amazing, tying together more threads than I thought were left while bringing in more fascinating force material that this time period in Star Wars is known for. And the extra story, War, was better than I'd expected and fit perfectly as an extra ending to Zayne's story. What a wonderful character, by the way, he might be up there in my very favorite Jedi.
