Madison Martin is a physics professor who makes a major discovery: she can use physics to manipulate reality. While she is excited about the possibilities of this scientific breakthrough, others see “q-lapsing” as an opportunity to commit the perfect crime. Soon, Madison finds herself juggling work, a blossoming romance, and stopping the crime spree before reality unravels.

While parts of the book feel a little bit rushed and some aspects of “q-lapsing” seem forced, “The Quantum Cop” is still an enjoyable read. The story really hits its stride towards the end and leaves readers anticipating the sequel.

Madison is starting a new dream job as a professor in quantum physics in Boulder Colorado when she is involved in car accident. But then she's not. Somehow she changed what happened and she realizes she's done that before. Now she's testing out her theory and doing experiments but others are also watching and using her knowledge for nefarious reasons. How is she going to stop them? At the same time she is falling for her coworker. Her world is collapsing and changing.

Interesting book and premise. Not the best book I've read but it was enjoyable. It is very different from other sci-fi books out there. I will continue the series.

I received this book free from the publisher for an honest review.
