Don't bother unless you're a Jack Reacher fan - but if you are, this is classic Jack.

This was my first Jack Reacher novel and I am HOOKED! Went back and ordered books 1-4 and so far have not been disappointed. (Currently working on #3).
It kept me interested all the way through. I read it in a weekend - which is only noteworthy because I usually don't have that much time to read so if I get through a book that quickly these days, it says something for the book!

Great page turning read. Jack Reacher is so cocky but so wonderfully in control too. I especially loved the retired librarian character - she was strong and smart and a real spitfire.
Interesting read that kept me involved in the story throughout. Felt like the conclusion was a bit abrupt but otherwise good.
A fun, quick read in typical Jack Reacher style. I enjoy the books, even if they're pretty unrealistic.
Always really good. I've heard Lee Child interviewed, saying that he makes sure he writes his books so you can put the book down, and pick up, and quickly get back to speed again. It's a fact of life that you can only read in short bursts, well it is for me, so I appreciate that he helps his readers out this way!

Entertaining as Reacher stories tend to be but the ending was a bit disappointing
Another strong Jack Reacher novel, although the ending mystified me a bit.
