I feel like the hype for this one had my expectations just a little too high. I still thoroughly enjoyed it but it just didn’t have that “can’t put it down” feeling for me.

Also I think Heath felt a little flat and distant as a character which made some of the romance a bit hard to get behind

Really, really enjoyed this one! Read it but I think the audiobook would have been stellar (from reviews, that seems to be the move).

As a former figure skater, this story had me locked in from the start. I hadn't read anything focused on skating so this felt like a trip down memory lane. I loved the documentary aspect of this and getting the interview snippets in between chapter breaks.

I definitely fell in love with Kat - she had quite the journey! I definitely had my jaw drop a few times too but the ending felt very complete and wholesome.
