I love a dark romance bully read but this one just wasn’t for me. I had a hard time keeping myself in the book but I don’t like leaving a book unfinished so I pushed through. It did have a lot of potential but just felt their was something missing. Parker had no redeeming qualities and willow didn’t even make him work hard for forgiveness after one incident and bam they were ok and in love. Maybe I’m just being picky but I need the angst, the push and pull and leaving him until he realizes what an idiot he was and gets his shit together.

Hating You is book 1 in the Blackthorn Elite Series and is a Dark Bully Romance that is packed full angst, drama, revenge, suspense, secrets and lies. It was super addictive, intriguing and super entertaining
The tension, fire, lust and attraction as well as hatred and disdain between Parker and Willow was intense and capitvating. I really loved both characters with Parker being the Alpha male anti-hero you will both love and hate and Willow being sweet, tough, resilient and conflicted at times. The push and pull between these two was amazing while they were stuck in a game of cat and mouse neither of them were prepared for. I really enjoyed this story and found i could not put it down and reccomend it to anyone who enjoys a good Bully Romance though there are some sensitive issues faced in the book so i sugguest taking caution if you are someone who needs trigger warnings

the description sounded good but the book was trash. literally felt like a 14 year old wrote this and uploaded to Wattpad. it’s so cheesy but it was unpredictability which i liked.
Wow what a dark romance I could put my kindle down once I started!!! I hope we get more of Willow and Parker!
I seriously don’t understand how a book about a woman who somehow falls in love with a man while he sexually abuses her, could ever get such high of a rating that it has right now. Not only does the main guy sexually abuse her with his friends, but emotionally manipulates and humiliates her for his own personal vengeance. They have no connection what so ever and have never even had a decent conversation that didn’t involve manipulation. The only personal time they’ve had together is when he is abusing her, yet I’m supposed to believe they’re in love?? Yeah no.
It also pisses me off that these type of men in books don’t seem to understand that arousal and getting wet is a natural reaction the body has. Just because she’s wet, doesn’t mean she wants or is enjoying you force yourself on her.

An addictive read
I started reading this one on a whim with o clue what it was about...... I know I know titles and covers totally get me sometimes! I was pleasantly surprised how easily I turned the pages and wanted to find out what happened next. This story has some dark themes with triggers that are not to everyone's taste.
Our 2 main characters are easy to like, they have a back story which explains Willows reactions when placed in situations and as much as I wanted to punch her I also admired her! Every story has characters that you grow to hate well I hated Willows father just as much as I hated the Nate and Brett all 3 of them deserved the worst kind of pains known on earth!
