This "one-shot" sets up several storylines that play out in Johns FLASH run. As a story it's just okay, but it does have some essential information for those later stories. The art is quite good.
So, as a "stand-alone" I'd give it about 3 stars, but as a part of whole FLASH series, it's more of a 4.
