This is such a sweet yet riveting book. John Green's writing isn't my personal favorite, but I'm also not super into contemporary either. I really enjoyed this book, despite the sad parts.

This book is in my top 5 of best books ever written. I loved this so much, but why just 4 stars you ask? I said it once with a John Green review (Looking For Alaska) as much as I love Hazel Grace, it feels like she’s “i’m not like other girls” girl, and that she hates her cancer, yet makes it a personality trait basically. Don’t get me wrong, i love this book. I’ve read it over and over, cried over it. But John has a way of making these wonderful characters and turning them, somewhat annoying (but still loveable). I way prefer Gus over Hazel, but that’s just me.

uhm.. i'm not 100% what i felt about the book when i finishes but now i feel like it's completely overrated.. sorry to any lovers of the book. it's nothing personal it's just not my cup of tea now.
