If You Give a Grump a Holiday Wishlist: ★ ★ ★ . 5

Ann Einerson

“You have captured my heart piece by piece, weaving your way into my very soul, and before I knew it, you had claimed all of me.”

When Jack refuses to give Presley the holidays off, he figures he'll just tag along with her to visit her family so they can get work done. But her family hates her boss so faking being her boyfriend it is!

Tropes:
– Boss/employee
– Fake dating
– Age gap
– Only one bed
– Forced proximity
– Grumpy/sunshine
– Enemies-to-lovers

A cliché, cheesy, spicy holiday novella that was real cute! I definitely was a bit put off by Jack in the beginning because holidays and time off are a myth to me (don't work in PR, folks) and the third act conflict was just not necessary, but overall still very cute and sweet. I liked all the brothers' and their prank playing tendencies as well as Johanna's very motherly self. Quick holiday read that will put you in the spirit!

Super fun and sweet Christmas novella! I can picture Aspen Grove so well and need to visit there immediately. It's on my list to read the rest of this series ASAP. I love the coziness of the small town, the holiday traditions, and the romance was clearly seen by the mom before these 2 even realized they felt that way, which I loved! Also his little surprise for her on Christmas day was just too cute!

Cute little book that goes with the series. I’m starting to feel like this author writes the same book in different fonts, but if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, right? Plus, I like it, so I’ll probably continue to read this series. They’re easy, quick, fun reads with good spice!
