I enjoyed this audiobook. I had low expectations going in, but luckily the book exceeded them. This is a book that I’ll go back to and listen to again.

What's not to enjoy about this book?  Billionaire romance.  He doesn't want to ever fall in love since he doesn't believe in it.  She breaks up with her boyfriend for cheating on her but they still work together.  She's a woman in a more male dominated field.  She's a fighter and is extremely skilled in her career. They hookup and she loses her virginity to him all before they actually formally meet.  He is the COO for the company her architectural firm is trying to get to hire them for a new, very lucrative project.  It's a recipe for the perfect love story if you ask me.

Delilah is such a driven FMC.  She knew what she wanted to do with her life and worked damn hard to get to where she is in life at such a young age.  She's dating someone from work but they break up.  Right after the break up, she happens to come across Cole at a local bar.  One thing leads to another and she loses her virginity to him.  She was going to give it to her boyfriend but he was such an idiot and things didn't work out for him that night.  It sure did for her and Cole though.

Cole is such a playboy.  He has no desire to be in a relationship.  The lifestyle he lives is just right for him.  Meeting Delilah and spending a wonderful night with her is just up his alley.  Then he finds himself wanting more but they didn't exchange any other info.  When his company is interviewing architectural firms for one of the new projects, he's shocked (and soon pissed) when Delilah walks in with one of the groups from a prospective firm.  She must've set this all up and knew what she was doing when she approached him at the bar.  Except she had no idea who he was.

The push/pull in this story was great.  It wasn't over the top nor was it annoying.  I loved seeing Cole fall for Delilah and the things he'd do for her.  I really loved seeing Delilah be herself, even when she met Cole's mother.  She was such a strong FMC that held her head high at all times.  Who doesn't love that?  I really do love this book and I'm excited for the others in this series.

a great read, lots of back and forth banter. Cole's relationship with his brother's was a constant surprise. Can't wait for the next book.
