Coldhearted King

I could not put this book down. Delilah and Cole take us on an emotional rollercoaster that is worth every one of them. Delilah is young but determined to make it as an architect to give back to her mom. Though when her new jobs starts off a bit rocky, things start to just do unplanned from the start. Cole is a stranger she meets and their night is all they have. Until fate brings them together again and now they have to face each other again. Delilah and Cole give you all the banter, push/pull, love hate work relationship and add in a grumpy, alpha billionaire you could want. I devoured this book and could. It get enough of these characters.

I don't normally talk about the sex scenes in books but I have to talk about these because omg the whole wine thing I think was supposed to be hot but I just kept questioning the logistics and then him putting the bottle inside her sounded like an episode of Bizarre ER and then AND THEN the last sex scene she said "Fuck me in the ass" and I'm sorry but how does anyone say that or write that and not think of Garfunkel and Oats like I read it and immediately went 'cause I love Jesus! And then I giggled for like five minutes and then went and watched The Loophole MV because it's so fuckin funny and honestly the stupid video brought me more happiness then this whole book the MMC was such a cliché mommy and daddy didn't love each other so love doesn't exist blah blah blah get over yourself

Finished this in one day. It wasn’t the most deep and poetic book, definitely not, but it was entertaining and easy to read.

Cheating Trope

This was a standard billionaire romance, and delivers what you expect it to. Cant complain

This is the second time I've read this book, I'm usually very picky with my billionaire romances but I think this book does a lot of things well for me.
