Loved the different locations and the history behind supposed hauntings. Did also focus on his own relationship with his Dad which I found heartwarming

I found this book quite difficult to get through as it was very historically based and not really what it was marketed as. I was expecting real scary stories and ghost sightings but it was mainly about the history of the places with one or two mentions of paranormal events. Some chapters were more interesting than others but the majority for me was difficult to get through.
