Vince was a lot of things —famous, rich, good looking and able to get any woman he wanted if he so desired— but being a jerk was not one of them. In fact, he had a heart of gold. And under his player mask laid a golden retriever energy ❤ he was a master at hiding his feelings, but there was so much more to him than the dreamy Hockey player image portrayed in the media. He had a warmth, peace and appreciation for art to him, and that made his character unavoidably lovable 😍❤
I think everyone went through a similar experience to Maven's with a partner at some point in time. Her pain was engraved in every part of her life. Every decision she took. Every reaction she had. Every word she spoke 💔 that anguish at the thought of ever daring to allow your heart to feel again 😭 only someone who's been through it would be able to understand. And it took her a lot of reflection, courage and willpower to overcome her philophobia, after completely losing hope of ever salvaging the remaining pieces of her scorched heart 😭❤
