What a way to kick off the new year!! Perfection of Suffering is a dark, dangerous, and oh so sexy kickstart to this new contemporary RH series! If you adore strong and possessive men (with a dash of psycho) then you will not be disappointed with this book or any of M. Sinclair’s work for that matter. I honestly could not put this book down, the story starts off fast and continues to build in suspense as each character’s background is revealed. Not only is this book intoxicating but each character has their own battles that anyone can relate to in real life ~ definitely recommend!!

There are some annoying bits (spelling, plot holes, inconsistencies) that would be fixed with a good edit. There is also so much inner dialogue that I found myself skipping pages. It’s not a bad story line and I’m interested enough with the plot that I’ll read the next one.

M. Sinclair has once again created a world that you will get lost in. Her debut contemporary RH novel follows Dahlia and her possessive men who have secrets in the shadows that I can not wait to explore more of.
