I didn't know we could add in cookbooks to Goodreads. After reading her follow up book I had to find this one to read. Beautiful layout and the majority of the recipes look doable and delicious. I'm eager to start cooking them.

I am a Chrissy Teigen fan, through and through. I was skeptical about her cookbook, but when I came across some of her recipes in an issue of Cherry Bombe, I had to try them. I made every recipe that was previewed in Cherry Bombe - they were each insanely delicious and incredibly easy to make. I eventually went out and picked up the cookbook and was not disappointed. The recipes are all approachable and super simple, and Teigen's introductions to each are funny and informative. If you're looking for healthy recipes, take your search elsewhere. Her mac and cheese recipe is tasty and rich, and is also a 13" x 9" golden brick of dairy. I highly recommend her recipes for pork-stuffed cucumber soup, lettuce wraps, and sweet and salty coconut rice. An added bonus are all the glam photos of her and John Legend dressed for a red-carpet affair and eating things like chicken wings.

Listen, I’m behind on my reading challenge and this is a BOOK. I will be accepting no arguments at this time. I read allllll the pages, the stories, and yes, the recipes. Honestly it reads like a bunch of funny snippets in a memoir followed by recipes so it counts. And you better believe I’m counting the second one.

Love the pictures and her voice. She seems very down to earth and like someone you'd hang out with. The recipes were very real, not some diet food for a skinny model.

I love Chrissy Teigen deeply. I wish there were more vegetarian recipes in this, but her lemony cacio e pepe and Grapow recipe alone justify this book. The intros are so funny and intriguing that I didn't even skip any of the full on meat recipes.

Not for vegetarians like myself, but well done. I like the intro notes to each recipe and the variety of color photos of the dishes. Lots of twists on standard recipes and lots of Thai food of course. Solid tips for regular home cooks. I like the sections. Rarely do cookbooks include party food instead of dessert and I'm a fan.

She's beautiful, funny, married to John Legend, and likes to cook good food. If you like her as a celebrity and want to see some pretty pictures of both her and food then you will love this book. I consider myself to be a pretty good cook and have read many cook books so there really was nothing groundbreaking in this book for me but it was still nice to flip through the pages. It made some "best of 2016" lists which is why I picked it up and although it wasn't a favorite for me, I don't regret reading it.

I'm counting this book for my yearly goal because it's hilarious and not just recipes and I love Chrissy and this book speaks to me. I'm pretty sure she's my Patronus.

A model admitting to cooking with and eating processed foods like Fritos and Velveeta is inspiring. It's really lovely how expressly the author brings together her parents' cultures into her cooking. Sometimes, the recipe intros tried a little too hard to be relevant, cool, and Twitter-y, and there were tooooo many fish recipes for my liking, but overall, an enjoyable cookbook with tempting recipes.
