Probably one of the funiest, sweetest and most swoon worthy books I've read this year.

A beautiful story. I could not put this down. The unfolding of the story in the letters and the search to find the author of the letters was so heartfelt. This alongside the burgeoning romance between Julian and Malachi which was in turn funny and endearing made this such a great read. Some of the funniest laugh out loud moments in a book that I have had for a ling time, especially the 'two for the price of one' moment. Really enjoyable, really recommend this one. N.R. you have done it again. Thank you.

So. Dang. Cute.

Like, this book has no business being this dang sweet. I had a doofy grin on my face the entire time. I mean, I don’t know why I’d expect any less from Walker. Her books always deliver. But this was so sweet I didn’t want it to end! I think this may be at the top of my favorites of hers. If you were on the fence about trying this out, just do it. It’ll make your day brighter.

OMG I think I need & want a physical copy of this book!! This gave me serious Signed, Sealed, Delivered vibes except of course not hetero 😊 anyway, this day group of characters were kooky & just the right ones to make up this version of “the dead letter office”. So much fun & towards the end so heartwarming. Don’t want to give anything away…

So sweet!!!

This book was recommended to me after I asked for the sweetest romantic book.

And I assure you that it did not disappoint me. It is truly one of the sweetest cute books I have read.

After Malachi is hired at a job his father found, he finds himself intrigued by his new boss and his stack of envelopes.

There follows a quest to find the author of the letters in order to deliver them to him 50 years later. During this research, he will also discover his boss.... of many facets.

POV of one narrator who is Malachi.

Contains : beautiful sense of humor, endearing characters despite their weirdness, an employee and his boss who are reluctant to act on their feelings, a sweet twink who rambles and a heroic love story filled with despair, but also hope.

I thought it was going to be very stereotypical and sure, maybe there were some, but its soo different at the same time and so dang cute!! Absolute recommendation

Malachi is adorable - funny, flamboyant, and full of heart. This charming book tells two love stories and both are sweet and charming.

How can these books get better and better? I loved this one so so much!
Malachi gets a job and has to work with Julian in The Dead Letter Office. Their connection is palpable from the start and I loved hearing how their relationship progressed. They start working on a set of letters from 1972 that could not be delivered and they get close while working on it.

I loved all the side characters as usual. Everything was fun and I loved the vibe of the book. The letters were so good and I was so invested in them! I'm glad they found the sender and there was a HEA there too.

Malachi and Julian are so good together. They were cute and fun and I loved how they treated each other. They felt like a perfect pairing and it was fun to see their interactions.

The narrator was great as usual.
This was low angst fun with a sweet story. Definitely worth a read or listen.
