Best Series
This series just gets better and better with each book. The best part of this book was the fact that Gage had no qualms about being gay. That pleasure was pleasure and he enjoyed it, so I like that that set this book apart from the other 2. I hope the next book is about Rig and his monster crush because he too has no qualms about being gay and I’m very much interested in seeing how he interacts with his crush.

Firstly, so fun to get to see how things are at a raider camp. After the first two books were largely travel-based it was fun to see the world building expand into what a camp dynamic looks like. I loved Ghost and his anxiety and it was so nice to see Aury opening up because of him. I didn’t like this one quite as much as Edin but it was still good!!

I jumped into this book expecting much of the same as the previous ones and I wasn't disappointed.
I really enjoyed learning more about the Wastes in this one. How the camps are handling the situation etc. It was a lovely little world building part.
The reason this one got the 3 stars and not 4 was because of one thing. It only resolved one of its problems. The other two books had been complete, so to speak, there were no loose ends to tie up. But this one had one left and I don't like that.
The characters were good, it's nice to see the expansion of the Monsters as well in this book.
If there is going to be more books in this series I look forward to reading them. The 3 books have been a journey and I've enjoyed reading about the characters lives.

I love this series with my heart and soul. Aury is so broken and sweet and aghhhh I love him so much. It's kinda cool to have an actual... Kinda bloodthirsty and scary monster. This one was more brutal and gorey. Loved the detail of a dangerous raider life! Can't wait to read Gloam.
