4ish? stars, I am torn. I was hesitant to read this as it was marketed with heavy topic of loss/grief. Had this book not been “advertised” or whatnot as grief/loss, and it was just mentioned as-is - 4.75*

absolutely loved the writing and was thoroughly enjoying it but the end did feel very rushed compared to the rest of the book. it left a lot of questions unanswered. still enjoyed it and will read more from this author.
