The book bounces between two characters, Tricia and Adrienne. It seemed like a medium-fast paced book. It wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t terrible either. I enjoyed the plot twist

Interesting plot with lots of twists and turns. You think you’ve figured it out from the beginning but turns out there are more twists.
The plot is good but the characters are not likeable at all and the writing style is a little cringe.
Overall a quick and easy read that is engaging.

I thought I had this all figured out by a third of the way through it and fancied myself the smartest person alive... only to turn out to be almost entirely wrong. I'm holding on to the tiny shred of dignity I have left because I was kind of in the ballpark. This author hasn't disappointed me yet, and while her books aren't necessarily rampant with realism, I enjoy the hell out of them and always look forward to starting a new one!

Oh, we love Frieda - She is my pallet cleanser between heavy content, and I'm rarely disappointed, even when the story is outlandish. With Never Lie, she delivered exactly what I was expecting - which is a book of characters that are truly awful people, and a plot twis  I never would have seen coming.

Never Lie is a wild ride, and per Friedas MO, the twist will knock you off your feet. Highly recommend for a fast past quick and easy read 💕

Holy cow, I didn’t see that coming from one million miles away. Talk about a twist! Before I got to the plot twist, I thought the book wasn’t bad, probably just your average thriller. The last 20% of the book completely changed my mind. Frieda wrote this in such a way that I literally said “wtf” because there was no way you knew that was how this would end.
