This book is a good read if you have an interest in current politics or if you have an interest in the Supreme Court. You get a taste of what a workaholic you have to be if you desire to be a justice. You will also see how the confirmation process has changed over the years and just how silly the whole thing is.

I have known the names of the justices, but it is good to know a little about them. I do have to say that Scalia came across as kind of a right wing nut and Thomas looks like he has little to no respect for the court. It is stated that Thomas reclines almost to the point of laying down, closes his eyes (sleeping?), and adds nothing (7 years of silence) to the oral arguments.

I recommend this book.
