At first I really didn't like the first character but he ends up growing on me.
I do wish they had focused on the café's characters, we seem to have gone back in the past rather than move forward from the previous book.

I liked chapter or part 3 only, because of the dog but otherwise this was so boring and somehow slow and I didn't like the focus on marriage or having kids, felt like an agenda.
