I don't typically like older women/younger men stories, but Nikki Sloane wrote a HAF book that I couldn't put down. Hot as sin best friend's young son is your pool boy? Damn girl. If you got it, go get it. And have a good time.
Lots of sex, good story as well. The audio was good and I'll probably visit this one again in the future.

This is so close to a five star as it’s helping me out of a reading slump, but sometimes Erika’s POV could be annoying (we get it Erika, you paid for nice breasts and are hot/young looking😂) and I don’t know if she acted entirely like a 40 year old adult (not that I’d know any better at 21 lol). I also wasn’t always a fan of Nikki Sloane’s writing—I think she over described a bit much. But the positive outweigh my complaints I think.
I liked that Erika eventually got to clear the air with her ex (and didn’t necessarily forgive him—at least not yet—because you don’t always have to forgive the people who hurt you right away—or ever). I really liked Troy as a love interest. And I loved the romance by the end, despite it starting very steamy (big surprise for an erotica lol), it became very sweet by the end and I ended up becoming very attached to the couple ❤️
I wasn’t going to continue with the series (this is the first book I’m reading) but I think I might because from the little I’ve witnessed, this neighborhood seems to have a lot of soap opera like drama lol

I loved everything about this book. The age fab with the woman being older was a fun change to read. And the smut was crazy good! 5/5 peppers

The spice was good but I didn’t care about the plot at all. Was so bored by the end. Didn’t feel a real love connection either and didn’t see this working out lol
